Synopsis：This is a youthful, literary, and talky film that follows the daily lives of aspiring actor Zhang Jiuzhe and his best friend Li Dongyang. Zhang is one of thousands in the city chasing the dream of becoming an actor, currently stuck in a phase of uncertainty about his future—yet somehow still waiting for something to happen. Li Dongyang, on the other hand, appears gentle and refined, sometimes serious, sometimes cheeky and irritating. He dreams of becoming a writer, but for now, he is nothing. When crises strike Zhang Jiuzhe's love life, career, and everyday existence, Li Dongyang tries to help him out, only to end up in endless bickering—kicking off a series of silly, endearing, and ordinary misadventures.
