Synopsis：Hong Kong is hailed as the safest city in Asia. Recently, Hong Kong has witnessed some street racing people who deliberately cause trouble to the citizens. Hence, the Hong Kong police specially select elites from the Traffic Branch and constitute an Anti-Racing Team to conduct special regulations on the street racers.
