Synopsis：《西游之问道》directed by 刘弘扬, written by 王若懿, is a fantasy film starring 洪天照 and 童飞 as leads, with supporting performances by 侯佳伟, 张蓝艺, 周鸿波, 凯闻, 许敬文, 徐伟栋, 雷磊, 朱剑峰, 冯进高等. The story follows 斗战胜佛孙悟空 (the Victorious Fighting Buddha Sun Wukong) and demon hunter 华晴 as they join forces to save the demon realm. Since the creation of the world by 盘古, the conflict between gods and demons has never ceased. After committing grave sins, 孙悟空 accompanies 唐僧 on the journey to the West. During the journey, he defeats and seals away his former friend 牛魔王, who had come to seek revenge. From then on, 孙悟空 is regarded by the demon race as an unforgivable traitor. Meanwhile, 红孩儿, who has been practicing asceticism under the bodhisattva’s guidance, seeks to restore the glory of the demon race on his own, kill 孙悟空 for revenge, and free 牛魔王. With his immense power, 红孩儿 is acclaimed as the Demon King. Under his leadership, the entire demon race grows restless, stirring up trouble and killing innocents. To save all living beings, 孙悟空 returns to the mortal world. There he meets 华晴, a demon hunter, and together they confront the Demon King 红孩儿. As the demons slaughter gods and demon hunters, 二郎神杨戬 orders that all demons be killed without mercy, and an inevitable bloody war between gods and demons erupts.
