Synopsis：Set in the tumultuous Republican era, this film tells a supernatural tale of strange occurrences. In a town called Zishui, located near Shanhaiguan, a gathering of extraordinary individuals from all corners of the country lives in seclusion among the common folk. One day, a peculiar incident disrupts the town's peace: the son of the town mayor, passing by the Mountain God Temple, is inexplicably possessed by a fox spirit. Fortunately, three shamanic practitioners known as "Bai Liu Hui" arrive to perform an exorcism. But the strange events do not end there—a female ghost in a well, a ghostly army procession, and possessed children cause widespread panic. The owner of a local pharmacy, Uncle Ying, is a Taoist priest from Maoshan. He exhausts all efforts to uncover the truth, and just as he is convinced that Jiang Tao, the head of a funeral parlor and an exorcist from the Maoshan tradition, is behind it all, the case takes several shocking twists...
