Synopsis：Years ago, Alexander struck a deal with his commander: in exchange for the safety of Jessica’s family, he accepted a catastrophic injury—losing a limb, living with shrapnel lodged in his brain, and a countdown on his life. Six years later, he unexpectedly meets his daughter Alice, who has no idea he is her father, and he shares his story under a false identity. During a lion dance performance, Alexander risks his life to save Jessica, exposing who he really is. Jessica demands the truth about their past, but knowing his days are numbered, Alexander chooses to keep the secret, shattering her heart. To cut him off completely, Jessica forces him to perform the lion dance one last time. Alexander struggles onto the stage, only for his prosthetic to fail and the shrapnel in his brain to shift, leaving him hovering on the edge of death.
