Synopsis：In Neon Circuit, a towering future megacity, broke mechanic Nero owns nothing but an old gear stick. After he takes down a rampaging Mech beast, he’s drafted into the Burn—the most lethal racing league in the city—to prove his worth on the track. Penniless and unlicensed, Nero is mocked and written off, yet he refuses to quit. When his worn gear stick suddenly glows, his car erupts with impossible power. As the dark entity known as Static condemns Nero and his mother to die, the city’s omnipotent TechnoGod, the Source, appears and unveils Nero’s true identity.
