简介：A sudden hospital fire forces Cindy face-to-face with her first love, Jackson, after eight long years apart. Now a fearless fire captain, he charges into the blaze to save a trapped nurse—only to discover she’s Cindy, the woman he once believed betrayed him during a college break. What he never knew is that Cindy didn’t cheat; she was carrying his child and chose to disappear to protect his future, quietly raising their son, Noah, on her own. Confronted with the boy who doesn’t know his real father, Jackson’s buried instincts ignite, while Cindy’s long-guarded secret threatens to come to light. As old feelings reignite, they’re thrown into a storm of obstacles: a jealous boss, a ruthless mother, scornful colleagues, and a chilling kidnapping that pushes Cindy to the edge again. This is an eight‑year story of misunderstanding and sacrifice—a journey through love, regret, and second chances. He once vowed, “Wait for me. I’ll come back and marry you.” She clung to that promise: “For you, I never let go of hope.” The love between them never died—it was only waiting for the flames to rise again.
