简介：At 48, divorced Naomi Parker thought her dumpling shop was built on friendship. Twenty years earlier, she and her best friend Claire had invested $30,000 together, but the business license went under Claire’s name. For two decades, Naomi single‑handedly ran the kitchen and created 108 secret recipes, only to be pushed out of the partnership, cut off from profits, and publicly humiliated. When she overheard Claire sneer that “anyone can replace you,” Naomi quietly plotted her revenge—taking her recipes, staff, and loyal customers to open a rival dumpling shop directly across the street. Within three months, Claire’s business collapsed. Their friendship was destroyed; all that remained was a cold, unforgiving business war.
