简介：After being diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, Ryder Van Woodsen cruelly walks away from the love of his life, Astrid Marie, believing it’s the only way she can find happiness with someone else. Years later, against all odds he’s still alive, though still battling painful symptoms, when fate brings Astrid back into his life—just minutes after she discovers her fiancé has cheated on her with her stepsister. She doesn’t recognize him anymore. This time, Ryder steps in as a stranger with something real to offer her heart, all while hiding the truth: he is the man who once shattered her into pieces and never told her why.
