简介：Eight years later, maxillofacial surgeon Jiang Nanshan runs into He Beizheng again—this time, he’s accompanying another woman to her clinic. She thought their lives were like two straight lines that only crossed once and would never intersect again, that everything had already gone back to normal, and that was the end of their story. But one hot night in August, He Beizheng suddenly rang her doorbell. He kept asking, “All these years, have you ever thought about me?” “Do you still care about me?” and even demanded, “Say you care.” Without knowing why, Jiang Nanshan found herself replying, “I have.” “I do.”
