简介：Zi Xuan, the Sacred Maiden of Nanzhao, falls in love with the mortal Lu Linfeng, who dies while saving her. A hundred years later, Zi Xuan enters the Qingshan Sect under an assumed name to search for Lu Linfeng’s reincarnation, Lin Yeping. The sect leader, Chu Yun, is secretly a spy of the demon clan, and his daughter Chu Xiang’er, together with Zhang Xuanqing, repeatedly schemes against Zi Xuan and Lin Yeping out of jealousy. Zi Xuan exposes Chu Yun’s true identity, clears the misunderstandings with Lin Yeping, and the two become engaged. Chu Xiang’er later poisons Lin Yeping with a parasitic curse, causing him to lose his memory, and Zi Xuan takes him back to Nanzhao to recover. After Lin Yeping regains his memories from his past life, the two marry and have a daughter. However, the Demon Lord possesses Lin Yeping, and to save all living beings, he destroys his own meridians and dies together with the Demon Lord. Three hundred years later, Zi Xuan meets Lin Yeping’s reincarnation once again, now named Xu Changqing, and a new chapter of their love begins.
