简介：Tan Nian and her sick best friend Su Chunhe enter a melodramatic novel to save each other, but are forcibly assigned by the system as “cannon fodder supporting female characters.” Their mission is to push the pure-hearted villains Xiao Chenyuan and Qiu Jianqing into becoming world-destroying demons. The two beat up the male lead and boldly flirt with the villains, but instead of their corruption levels rising, their affection levels skyrocket. Just as the plot collapses into a comedy, they discover that the so-called villains are actually dark-side heroes protecting the people. So they join forces and flip the table: whoever wants to be cannon fodder can be one, they’re going to defy fate with their best friend and the villains, and turn this melodrama into a wild, feel-good story.
